Professional talk delivered by Mr.Paul YUNG, Head of Territory Development of Hong Kong & Taiwan for Amazon Web Services (AWS) on 24 November 2017.

He is responsible for all aspects of AWS revenue attainment, GTM and strategy across the territory. He has over 16 years of unique experience in sales, management and in channel development. Prior to AWS, Paul also held regional sales and management positions at Salesforce.com and Emerson Network Power in Singapore and Hong Kong.

He shared how Amazon leverages multiple mechanisms to create an innate bias for action and ultimately foster a culture of innovation.
