Supply Chain is always a highlighted element of our programme. A guest speaker, Dr. YY Tsang, who is a food safety specialist as well as an environmental expert of CMA Testing and Certification Laboratories was invited to deliver a professional talk on October 4, 2019. Dr. Tsang shared his experience in facilitating the corporate knowledge management with the use of innovative technology and students gained a wide range of knowledge in this specific field.
